Service Description

In Vietnam, where there is a very large population of Cantonese, this dish is present of culinary habits of the Vietnamese in the south, but also outside the countr, and is one of the fillings of choice for Vietnamese sandwiches, the famous banh mi. A wonton, also spelt wantan, wanton or wuntun in Cantonese, is a common ravioli in Chinese cuisine. It is mainly eaten in the south and south-west of China, from Shanghai to the Sichuan province, via the province of Guangdong.
