EXCLUSION OF CLIENT ACCOUNT

ABOUT COOKING CLASS PURCHASES

The company offers cooking classes in Vietnamese, Indian, Laotian, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, French cuisine, etc., whose reservation is made on the website and a minimum of 6 participants is required to maintain the class. Ange Hong-Lan reserves the right to modify or cancel any class if the number of students is not met.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE COOKING CLASS

When a cooking class is scheduled, the company undertakes to notify on the website:

The title of the class
A description of the class content
The day of the class
The time of the class
The expected duration of the class
The maximum number of people accepted in the class

RESPONSIBILITY AND DISPUTE

UNAVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE

The company shall not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the unavailability of the website due to a voluntary or involuntary interruption, including maintenance needs or force majeure events.

EVIDENTIARY VALUE OF ELECTRONIC EXCHANGES

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING TERMS

CANCELLATION

The client agrees to notify the company as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances for a cooking class reservation. Please note that all purchases are final, and the company does not apply cancellation conditions but rather rescheduling terms.

RESCHEDULING TERMS

In the event of an impediment for the reservation of a cooking class, the company offers to reschedule the client according to available dates.

Furthermore, the purchase of a gift card or a workshop can be postponed within a period of one year, providing a flexible and legally compliant solution for our general terms and conditions of sale.
