General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") govern the contractual relationship between any consumer customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") of the website ange-hong-lan.fr (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

This site is operated by Ange Hong Lan (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), whose SIRET number is 924 292 451 0011 and whose registered office is located at 143 boulevard Jean Jaurès, 92110 Clichy, France.

As the Company may occasionally make changes to these GTC, it is necessary that each Customer reviews the GTC before placing each order on the Site.
The GTC and any modifications thereto apply from the date they are posted online. No one may invoke the GTC for orders placed prior to their posting.

By confirming an order, the Customer is deemed to have read and accepted the GTC without reservation.
In addition to a link to read the GTC at the time of placing an order, the Customer may access the GTC directly on the Site. The GTC are also downloadable.
Furthermore, once the Customer has accessed the Site, they agree to comply with the GTC.

These GTC are the only applicable conditions between the Customer and the Company. They replace any other terms and conditions, except in cases of prior, express, and written derogation.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

SUBSCRIPTION CONDITIONS

Customers declare that they are of legal age and capable of entering into a contract.
Any purchase may be made for the Customer's personal consumption or as a gift.

Each order requires the customer to first create an account. This allows:

the ability to add products to the cart
the possibility of placing an order

Each customer can change their login details, password and other personal information directly on the platform or by requesting it from the company.

The company reserves the right to send emails (such as newsletters, special offers, etc.) to the email address provided when creating a customer account.
Each customer has the possibility to unsubscribe from emails sent by the company at any time directly through the email or customer account or by requesting the company through the contact form.

ACCESSIBILITY OF SERVICES

The website ange-hong-lan.fr is available 24/7 via the internet.

The photos presented on the site are for informational purposes only and therefore cannot be binding on the company.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

In order to carry out each of these orders, the customer must have a customer account where he must provide his first name, last name, company name (if possible), postal address, and email address in order to have access to the secure payment method.

All information provided is binding on the customer. The customer is not authorized to produce false information.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT EXCLUSION

In the event of non-compliance with the obligations arising from the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, incidents of payment of the price of an order, provision of erroneous information when creating the account or acts likely to harm the interests of the company, the company reserves the right, depending on the seriousness of the acts, to terminate the customer account without damages being able to be claimed.

The company also reserves the right to refuse to contract with a Customer who has been excluded or sanctioned for such actions.

When making a reservation, the customer agrees to pay the full amount of the cooking class.

SPECIAL PROVISIONS

REGARDING THE PURCHASE OF A COOKING CLASS

The company offers cooking classes in Vietnamese, Indian, Laotian, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, French, and other cuisines. Bookings can be made online, and a minimum of six participants is required for the course to run. Ange Hong-Lan reserves the right to make any changes or cancelations if the number of students is not fully booked.

COOKING COURSE INFORMATION

When a cooking class is planned, the company undertakes to notify on the site:

the title of the course
a description of the course content
the day of the course
class time
the expected duration of the course
the maximum number of people accepted in the course

VENUE RENTAL INFORMATION

These terms and conditions of sale apply to the rental of premises offered by the seller. Each premises is subject to its own specific rules, defined by the seller, which form an integral part of these general terms and conditions.

Payment terms and refund procedures are determined and governed by the seller. In the event of cancellation or a refund request, no refund may be required if the conditions defined by the seller do not provide for this possibility.

RESPONSIBILITY AND DISPUTE

UNAVAILABILITY OF THE WEBSITE

The company shall not be liable for any damages of any kind resulting from the unavailability of the website due to a voluntary or involuntary interruption, including maintenance needs or force majeure events.

EVIDENTIARY VALUE OF ELECTRONIC EXCHANGES

In accordance with Law No. 2000-230 of March 13, 2000, on the adaptation of the law of evidence to information technology and electronic signatures, the customer acknowledges and agrees that electronic exchanges and records with the company have the same evidentiary value as a handwritten and signed document.

APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law, regardless of the customer's country of residence or the place of conclusion of the contract. The application of the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING TERMS

CANCELATION

The customer agrees to notify the company as soon as possible in the event of an unforeseen event for a cooking class reservation and please note that all purchases are final and the company does not apply cancellation conditions but rather date changes.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

If the client is unable to book a cooking class, the company offers to move the client to available dates.

Additionally, the purchase of a gift card or workshop can be carried forward within one year, providing a flexible and legally compliant solution for our general terms and conditions of sale.
