It appears as a pancake made from rice flour, rolled and filled, mainly with minced pork and black mushrooms. The difference between these two specialties is that bánh cuốn is wrapped around a filling, while bánh ướt, which can also be served rolled, does not. Bánh cuốn is often drizzled with nước mắm (or fish sauce). Lemongrass chicken (Vietnamese: gà nướng sả) is, in Vietnamese cuisine, grilled chicken with lemongrass (a tropical herb). Common ingredients are garlic, onion, honey, sugar, and pepper. Grilled beef and other meats are also popular variations.
