Service Description

Pork belly marinated and then baked to obtain crispy skin. Enjoy Vietnamese-style with rice noodles, salad, mung beans, and nuoc-mam sauce. In Vietnam, where the population of Cantonese origin is very large, this dish is present in the culinary habits of Vietnamese people in the south, as well as abroad, and is one of the favorite fillings for Vietnamese sandwiches, the famous banh mi. Do Chua: our recipe for sweet and sour vegetables, also called pickles. Crunchy and slightly tangy, these small marinated vegetables are a must-have accompaniment to many Vietnamese dishes such as caramelized meat and fish, grilled meats, or even the banh mi sandwich. They add a touch of freshness and acidity. They can also be eaten as an appetizer.
