Caramel Pork + Tapioca Pearl Soup

Pork in caramel sauce, or thit kho, is one of well-know dishes in Vietnamese cuisine, after the pho ou the nems. This dish stir together the taste of caramel et nuoc nam. The pork can sometimesbe substituted by fish ou beef for an original receip. From south of Vietnam, the che choi is a dessert made with tapioca pearls, to which we add bananas, coco milk, sugar as well as sesames seed and roasted peanuts.
