Nem or Cha Gio + Lemongrass Chicken

Nem : known in foreign countries as Vietnamese spring rolls, fried rolls or imperial rolls, are made from minced pork or prawns, wrapped in bánh tráng and deep-fried. In the south of Vietnam, it called cha gio.In southern Vietnam, it is called chả giò. Nem rán rế is a dish similar to nem rán; however, it is wrapped in woven bánh tráng. In Vietnamese cuisine, lemongrass chicken (in Vietnamese: gà nướng sả) is chicken grilled with lemongrass (a tropical herbaceous plant). The usual ingredients are garlic, onion, honey, sugar and pepper. Grilled beef and other meats are also popular variants.
