Luk lak (ឡុកឡាក់) khmer includes fragrant Combodian rice sautéed with concentrated tomato or coloured whit egg yolk, garlic, lemongrass, oyster sauce and served with beef meat (rib steak, fondu, whiting) or water buffalo marinated in Kampot pepper, oyster sauce, fish sauce, thick black soy sauce, palm sugar, lotus or maize starch.
